Martin a great professional Martin worked in a very professional and informed way. He honestly answered questions and made suggestions that were in line with the actual market demand. We had a couple of difficulties from buyers who signed the contract and then had to drop out due to finances, Martin although disappointed, as we were took it all in his positive stride and found us a better buyer and a higher price. All I can end with is Martin would be my first choice of agent next time.

Not just a go getter of sales! Martin had been the agent I bought a house through 11 years ago. So when my parents decided to sell I knew who I wanted. We did the usual get 4 agents on Tuesday. As they walked away they all said “Call me when you decide” until I got a message from Martin a day later. I have a buyer in your area. I know you haven’t decided yet. Could I show them through, please? He became the agent on Sunday. Monday photos were taken for advertising. Tuesday the property was listed online. Wednesday an open home.
